For those who are new to LPK here is what our program is all about!
Living Positive is a community based organization (CBO) that seeks to improve physical and psychological health and develop the social economic status of women infected and affected by HIV/AIDs and their families in the slums. We are located in Ngong Division, in the rift valley province of Kenya. We are dedicated to promoting activities affecting the lives of orphans and vulnerable children especially as a result of HIV/AIDs.
Our mission is to alleviate the suffering of the HIV/AIDS infected and affected, by providing them with health care, education, income generating programs and rehabilitation. Our goal is to make them more independent, healthier, happier and stronger citizens.
